Altamura Single Door

This stylish single door would go well with a wide array of different housing styles, especially for Bungalow and Craftsman style homes. Craftsman homes emphasize natural materials like brick, stone, and wood. Altamura’s original and artistic scrollwork are added to the top and bottom of the door to give it a bolder look, which accents the natural materials of Craftsman homes very nicely. All custom iron door designs are available with full round top, eyebrow arch top or flat top options depending on your preferred tastes.

Another trait of the Altamura style custom iron door is that it adds a more overall expensive feel to your home, thus would also complement the Federal Colonial style homes. Federal Colonial style homes are designed after Roman classicism, and are most commonly built of brick. These homes also usually feature ornamentation, tall columns and elliptical fan shaped windows, which accompanies the ornate Altamura custom iron door well. For those homes with large curved steps that lead up to the entrance, the Altamura door can also be ordered in a double door configuration.

The Beast with Square Top
Next, we have a more modern take custom iron door: The Beast with Square Top. This gorgeous iron door would complement homes designed in Mid-Century Modern or Art Deco styles. Mid-Century Modern homes have a 1980’s style of open space, large glass windows, and flat planes. The forward thinking design of The Beast with Square Top can bring out the simplistic nature of Mid-Century Modern homes, especially those designed in materials like plywood or steel.

Next, The Beast with Square Top custom iron door also pairs seamlessly with the more avant-garde style of Art Deco. The Art Deco structure is unique in the sense that it derives from a very wide variety of influences, from 1930’s Hollywood to even Ancient Egypt. The smooth lines from The Beast with Square Top complements the smooth stucco walls with rounded corners of many typical Art Deco design. In addition, this custom iron door can bring out the bold exterior decorations and flat roofs that many of these homes have. Now many office buildings and spaces also use this design, in which doors can be ordered once again in a double door configuration.
